I’m not too sure whatever the Chinese word for foreigner is because it’s been awhile since I’ve read a Jason Bourne book and that’s where I’d read what it was and what it meant, however whatever it is the reality is I’m one of them, whatever it is, with all of the crass negative connotations that comes with that tag…
